2017 NBA Finals Preview: Looking at Andre Iguodala and his forgotten run with the Philadelphia 76ers

Andre Iguodala has made a big name for himself as the ultimate sixth man for the Golden State Warriors. But, before that, and before he was the 2015 NBA Finals MVP, Andre Iguodala was the Sixers’ main man. A lot of people may have forgotten about that.

But, Andre Iguodala was an All-Star, stepping up for Philadelphia after they cut ties with Allen Iverson. Iguodala led the Sixers to the playoffs four times in five seasons, winning between 41 and 42 games a season, winning one playoff series, Chicago in 2012, after Derrick Rose went down. Seeing how things were going, Iguodala allowed himself to be dealt and “The Process” soon began, meanwhile, he went to the Nuggets, and then to the Warriors.
