Tamera Mowry made a big name for herself, first with her identical twin sister, Tia, on “Sister Sister.” However, she has returned to the spotlight as a co-host on “The Real,” daytime’s new popular talk show. She offered some advice, using words her grandmother told her.
The advice began with “don’t be ratchet, be refined,” as Tamera Mowry shared advice her grandmother gave her. These words wound up taken out of context and social media ran with it. Meanwhile, social media has exploded in response to what they think she said, victimizing the poor woman.
