Watching this Wizards/Celtics series has been like riding a rollercoaster, yo. Every game saw the momentum go from one extreme to the other. After five games, it shook out with the Celtics willing three games, and the Wizards winning two for a 3-2 Celtics lead.
John Wall, for better or for worse, came ready for whatever in the first four games. Game 5, though, the Celtics took John Wall out of the game, early. On the other side, Isaiah Thomas didn’t have a big game, either, but Avery Bradley did.
Just a few minutes ago, John Wall came walking through the Verizon Center, ready for Game 6. The pressure is on the Wizards to do something, because James Harden and the Rockets came home, last night, for Game 6 against the Spurs WITHOUT their leader, Kawhi Leonard, and got raped. Maybe John Wall in this business suit is him psyching his own self out.
