The LA Clippers catch a lot of flack for being unable to make it happen in the playoffs. Despite consistently winning 50 games every season, or more, the Clippers always lose in the first or second round. Due to the previous playoff failures, many jokes are on Chris Paul.

But, few people credit the Clippers for finally building a good team. In the years before 2012, they only had two winning seasons and three playoff appearances, and that’s all-time. Since 2012, it’s been nothing but 50 win seasons and series wins over the likes of the Spurs.

Despite their past, it looked like the Clippers were going to lose to the young Utah Jazz in their first postseason since 2012. Their Game 5 loss prompted a reporter to ask Chris Paul the wrong question and he went off on him. But, his mood was different, as he and DeAndre Jordan spoke on their Game 6 win and getting to the real work in Game 7, tomorrow.
