Dating back to the early days of his fame, DJ Khaled always spoke life with positive energy. However, this doesn’t mean Khaled always felt positive and really had the energy. In 2015, Khaled endured the most-disappointing year of his career.
Album sales for I Changed A Lot were dismal, despite Jay Z being on the album and the “Hold You Down” success. Then, Khaled couldn’t lock in the promotion he wanted. On “Idols Become Rivals,” Rick Ross hinted at Birdman not coming through for Khaled caused these issues.
But, like Ross said, DJ Khaled is blessed, something he’s been constantly saying on Instagram since late 2015. The year of 2016 was his most-successful career, and 2017 has the momentum to also be a big year for him. However, while he was doing his positive Snapchat talk, his wife, Nicole Tuck, had enough and told her man to shut the F up.
