Before the end of February, Remy Ma shocked the world when she delivered “ShETHER.” The record is not only a remake of Nas’ “Ether,” the infamous Jay Z diss, but it was a scathing track in its own right. Of course, Nicki Minaj was the target of that track.
Nicki Minaj avoided responding to Remy Ma, instead showing up in several photos and videos with Future. Eventually, Nicki Minaj launched her diss record. In the process, she also reunited with Drake and Lil Wayne, revisiting the Young Money era.
Recently, a photo of Remy Ma confronting Karen Civil, the head publicist for Young Money, went viral. This photo has reignited discussion about Remy Ma’s beef with Nicki Minaj, which she declared over. However, Remy Ma is, apparently, still hearing about it, so she went on Instagram Live to shut it down.
