Since Lil Wayne’s run, hip hop has been in flux, looking for a new leader. The era of many major stars is over, but Drake and DJ Khaled have risen to become the two biggest current stars. However, another man to look out for is Chance The Rapper.
Online, Chance The Rapper has been buzzing since, at least, 2012, but his breakthrough came last summer, for most. With his newfound fame, Chance The Rapper has done all he can for the people. During election day, he walked Chicago residents to the polls.
Chance The Rapper would go onto meet with Illinois governor to discuss the quality of the public schools. Coming short in the meeting, Chance took matters into his own hands and donated $1 million to Chicago Public Schools. This afternoon, Chance held a press conference and revealed the Chicago Bulls are matching his $1 million donation.
