Tonight’s episode of “Empire” returned with Jamal (Jussie Smollett) in rehab. The family, Cookie (Taraji P. Henson), Andre (Trai Byers), and Hakeem (Bryshere “Yazz” Gray) were all there to support him. They all counted Lucious (Terrence Howard) out, but he came late.
As soon as the family arrived, Tory Ash (Rumer Willis) walked through and they had a lot to say about her. Apparently, Tory Ash was once a big deal in the industry. However, Hakeem revealed drugs and a nude incident led to her fall from grace.
Briefly, in Tory’s scene with Jamal, it looked like it was going to be a Skye Summers (Alicia Keys) redux. It was nothing like that, but the two did come together for a song. When she began singing, Rumer Willis, or “Rumor,” as Twitter is calling her, shocked fans, because they didn’t expect her to sing like that.
