Omarion talks breakup, doing “Love & Hip Hop,” new album, solo success, and more with #TheBreakfastClub

Early in his career, Omarion was poised to become R&B’s biggest star, as he was the B2K front man. That group dominated the game throughout 2002-2003. Following the B2K run, Omarion emerged as a solo artist, and took the game over.

However, Omarion would struggle to find success after O, his 2005 debut album. Two albums would follow, before Omarion ended up joining Maybach Music. Then, in 2014, Omarion scored an undeniable hit in “Post To Be,” featuring Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko.

Omarion is now back on the saddle, working on Reasons, his first album in three years. Ahead of the album, Omarion stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he talked to DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. During the interview, he spoke on his breakup, Bow Wow’s comment, the alleged Drake snub, his solo success, “Love & Hip Hop,” and more.
