Future tops the iTunes charts with #HNDRXX and his self-titled album is currently number two on the chart

Much was made about DMX dropping his first two albums in 1998 and both albums debuting on top of Billboard. Many rappers have tried to replicate this success, over the years. But, Future may have inadvertently beaten this record.

Never in the history of music has a rapper released two albums in the same week. However, Nelly did drop two albums on the same day, even though some consider it a double album. What Future has is two separate albums, with no mistake.

The iTunes charts recently updated and it’s all good news for Future, as he is number one. Then, there’s more good news, as he is also number two. His HNDRXX album debuted at number one on iTunes, while his self-titled album from last week is currently sitting at number two.
