Finally, a face can be put to the name, this is Emory! Often, Jay Z mentions a guy named Emory in his songs. When he speaks to Emory, full name Emory Jones, he speaks with him through the prison cells, as he does on “Do U Wanna Ride.”

Emory Jones is one of the people Jay Z was coming up with. When the setback came, Emory went down, allowing for Jay Z to come in and take the world over. Upon being released from prison, Jay Z had a spot directly for him.

This morning, Emory Jones talked to “The Breakfast Club,” where he shared his story with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. During the interview, Emory spoke on his relationship with Jay Z, and his relationship with Roc Nation. He would also explain what it was like being behind bars and staying connected.
