Understand, in life, everyone makes mistakes, but some mistakes are more public than others. When it comes to the New York Knicks, there is a lot of frustration. Save for a few seasons in the 2010s, the Knicks have been a bad team for the past twenty years.
When the Knicks were last considered serious contenders, on a consistent basis, Charles Oakley was on the team. Seeing the legacy of the franchise suffering, Oakley is likely angry. One thing is for sure, he is still ready and willing to fight.
Spike Lee was present when Charles Oakley got into his fight, last night, leading to his arrest. Afterward, Spike Lee reached out to Oakley and it looks like they had a meal together. Sharing the moment, via Instagram, Spike Lee said all Charles Oakley wants is to talk to James Dolan.
