Lil’ Mo is trending on Twitter because she was reportedly fired from her radio show after sticking up for Chrisette Michele

In the early 2000s, Lil’ Mo rose to fame when she sang the uncredited hook on Missy Elliott’s “Hot Boy.” However, Lil’ Mo became better known for her 2000-2001 ballads with Ja Rule. But, she would later do more records with Fabolous, and Ashanti for Ja Rule.

Unfortunately, Lil’ Mo would not see much more success with music past 2003. But, she has continued to enjoy success in her career, as her personality prevailed. Ultimately, Lil’ Mo would up with a role on the hit TV One series, “R&B Divas.”

Lil’ Mo recently sparked much debate when she sided with Chrisette Michele, when the world turned against her. Chrisette Michele performed for Donald Trump’s inauguration and Spike Lee led the charge against her, prompting Lil’ Mo to attack him in her defense. Now, rumor has it that she’s gotten fired from her radio hosting job and Twitter has her trending.
