As of late, Kehlani has been everywhere in promotion of her new album, SweetSexySavage. This album is inspired by the 1990s music of such names as TLC, Brandy, and Aaliyah, among others. The throwback is obvious and appreciated.
Kehlani often falls under scrutiny, but she is another woman in the industry that’s worked hard for her spot. But, her romantic situations with Kyrie Irving and PARTYNEXTDOOR overshadowed that. She also was mentioned in a Game rant on Instagram.
Recently, Kehlani stopped by “Sway In The Morning” in continued promotion of her album. She would talk to Sway about being homeless, as she pursued her goals, which she has now began to accomplish. The success surrounding her new album would also be a major topic.
