A little over ten years ago, Chrisette Michele rose to fame when she did the hook on Jay Z’s “Lost One.” During the same time, she also did the hook on Nas’ “Can’t Forget About You.” But, her true breakthrough moment, for the masses, was Rick Ross’ “Aston Martin Music.”

Chrisette Michele ended up being pivotal for Drake, early in his career, but that is all forgotten now. After agreeing to perform for Trump at his inauguration, Chrisette Michele got much backlash. She, reportedly, even was disowned by her own family.

Recently, Chrisette Michele stopped by “The Breakfast Club” and discussed, with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God about her recent events. She would speak on many political topics, mainly the political frustration with Trump. Also, she would address Spike Lee’s comments.
