It’s hard to look at Yo Gotti and not be proud of what he’s been able to accomplish. His career began humbly and he made his name on the mixtape scene in Memphis. Countless mixtapes have dropped from him, leading to his CMG label.
Yo Gotti would eventually sign a joint venture with Epic Records, worth $10 million. This would be similar to the deal DJ Khaled signed with the same label, last year. Because of this, it is no surprise that Jay Z would add them both to Roc Nation.
Earlier this week, Yo Gotti released the “81” music video. This track is taken from his recent CM9 mixtape. The video has done well and is the Video of the Week for this week.
