Migos top Billboard Hot 100 with #BadandBoujee barely 24 hours after Donald Glover shout out at the #GoldenGlobes

Give it to the Migos trio, they are very consistent and have never stopped their production of music. After they rose to fame, they signed a major label deal, but left the label after low album sales. Some expected falloff, but the Migos, themselves, didn’t.

Currently, Migos are experiencing solo success, especially Quavo. But, the trio is still going strong and they got a major look, during the fall of last year. On the FX series, “Atlanta,” Migos had a cameo role, which paid off for them bigger than they expected.

Donald Glover, Jr. (known as Childish Gambino in the music world) is the creator of “Atlanta,” which won big at the Golden Globes. During his acceptance speech, Glover thanked Migos for creating “Bad & Boujee.” This renewed interest in the record has helped push it to number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
