Watching “Empire” is a regular BET Awards from the early 2000s. The episode before last saw Xzibit and his goons beating Lil Romeo down and that was a joke that told itself. But, Xzibit has really come into his own, as an actor, playing the role of Shyne.
Xzibit was always multi-talented and it shows in this “Empire” role. He plays well off Terrence Howard, Trai Byers, and Sierra McClain. In this week’s episode, Xzibit is now making his play against Lucious (Howard) and few of the Empire insiders saw it coming.
Recently, Xzibit sat down with Big Boy at Real 92.3 to discuss his success on “Empire.” Before he was on television’s number one show, he was making hits alongside Dr. Dre, so he discussed their friendship. During the interview, he also spoke on the new music, and much more.
