After the Golden State Warriors added Kevin Durant, the basketball world couldn’t wait to see them fail. They did enough failing for an entire season on opening night. Then, they lost to the Lakers in a major blowout.
See, what nobody mentioned, at least not to me, is that the Warriors just stopped losing since then. The media is over here talking about all that election stuff like we ain’t got enough to worry about. Man, we love the NBA because it takes our mind off the stresses.
There shouldn’t be any stress with anybody on the Golden State Warriors. Steph Curry has led this team to more wins over the past three seasons than the franchise had in damn near thirty years, combined. That’s almost a literal fact, almost, but, seriously, the Warriors have won eleven straight and Kevin Durant is Player of the Week and nobody told me.
Also, the Warriors are the best team in the NBA at 15-2, sorry Clippers.
