Hip hop fans have grown accustomed to seeing Omari Hardwick at the beginning of every summer. He is the star of “Power,” Starz hit series which features 50 Cent. Playing alongside Naturi Naughton and Lela Loren, they have made “Power” hip hop’s top show.
Leading the supporting cast is Rotimi, who plays Dre. His character was originally setting up Hardwick’s Ghost alongside Kanan (50 Cent). But, after Kanan “died,” Dre became Ghost’s most-loyal soldier, however, he was complicit in setting Tariq (Michael Rainey, Jr.) up.
Recently, Omari Hardwick linked up with his onscreen soldier. In real life, Rotimi is signed to G-Unit Records and is making some noise with his music. Wanting to capitalize, Hardwick linked up with him for some new music, as his “Warrior” single is coming soon.
