Two weeks ago, Russell Simmons showed up on WEtv’s “Growing Up Hip Hop.” Of course, his appearance had to do with Angela Simmons being on the show. Long before the Kardashians became a household name, Angela Simmons was the reality TV queen.
Angela Simmons dominated headlines over the summer, when she was suddenly pregnant and engaged. For years, Angela preached celibacy until marriage. But, the birth of her son, SJ, and his father being an ex-con turned heads.
Heads continued rolling on “Growing Up Hip Hop,” as Romeo caught wind of what was going on. His jealousy fueled a many Twitter timeline with jokes about his insecurities. The most-honest and funny response to Angela’s pregnancy was Russell Simmons and he has now met the child.
