Kevin Durant talks #Warriors big win over #Thunder, Westbrook, and his 39 point effort in post-game interview #NBAOnTNT [VIDEO]

kdpostgamevsthundervidWhat Kevin Durant said about LeBron James in 2010 has come back to haunt him, big time. Durant wasn’t a fan of LeBron leaving the Cavs to join the Miami Heat with two other superstars. At the time, Durant signed a six year extension with the Thunder he built.

His six following years with the Thunder saw Kevin Durant lose in the Conference Finals three times. There was one Finals run, where Durant and Westbrook lost to James’ Heat. Then, there was a second round implosion vs. Memphis, and 2015 saw no playoff appearance, at all.

Kevin Durant signed with the rival Golden State Warriors, fresh off a 73-9 season. The media played up a feud between Durant and former running mate, Russell Westbrook, with fans expecting Westbrook to drop 50 or 60, but that didn’t happen. After a big Warriors win and 39 points from Kevin Durant, he spoke on the victory, his old team, and old right-hand.
