As the Black Lives Matter movement has taken over, Lil Wayne has found himself being a background player. The Young Money leader has passed the baton to Drake, as he is in limbo. During his time, however, he shared the spotlight.
During his peak, Lil Wayne shared his flame with Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, and many others. In turn, each of them had their own successes in the game. But, Lil Wayne made a grave error with his racially insensitive comments.
Hours after Lil Wayne responded to the “Nightline” interview backlash with “Is intelligence always misunderstood” tweet, fans are still going in on him. They have made all kinds of accusations aimed at Lil Wayne. Twitter has not been kind to Wayne, following his actions being questioned by Waka Flocka Flame.
