Those watching the game with the Sixers and the Thunder are getting their entertainment. Not only are the Sixers playing well, but a fan got into it with Russell Westbrook. The NBA is about so much more than basketball.
Knowing this, this is the reason Sevyn Streeter was asked to come and perform for the game. Gladly, Sevyn accepted the offer and was present to perform. However, Sevyn ended up not performing and it disappointed the fans.
Sevyn has explained that none of this is her fault, though. When she arrived, she was wearing the jersey she has on in the above photo. The jersey reads “We Matter” and the Sixers personnel asked her to leave the venue, she obliged and then made this video to explain herself.
