In only a few short weeks, “Atlanta” has taken over the world of social media. What this means is that FX has a winner, following years of being, primarily, a movie destination. On a bigger scale, hip hop has proven, once again, it is viable on a mainstream level.
“Atlanta” wins by being politically incorrect and they have unique ways of pointing out the injustices of the culture. Among these moments includes their episode when Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry) faced off against Justin Bieber (Austin Crute). Bieber is black on “Atlanta,” FYI.
Brian Tyree Henry, aka Paper Boi, made an appearance on “Sway In The Morning,” talking with Sway and Heather B on Shade 45. During the interview, Henry discussed Paper Boi, his relationship with Childish Gambino (Donald Glover, Jr.), and his educational background. Henry also explained how he ended up landing this role.
