As time goes by, many moments and hit records have been forgotten. In no way trying to disrespect, but it is understandable that Jagged Edge would be forgotten in the wake of so many music stars. But, make no mistake, they had hits for days.

Jagged Edge, when it is all said and done, will likely be remembered for their 2001 hit, “Where The Party At?,” featuring Nelly. But, they made a name for themselves long before then. Unfortunately, Complex’s writers did not realize this.

Currently, Complex is doing a countdown of the top R&B groups of the 1990s. The list also includes Dru Hill and 112, which they ranked ahead of Jagged Edge, calling them “one hit wonders,” likely because of the “Where The Party At?” memories. The fans know better, dragging those writers and also bringing up “Let’s Get Married” with Rev Run, “Promise,” and more from their 2000-2001 memorable run.
