Last night, Shepard Smith made some of the scariest comments ever made on the news. With Hurricane Matthew headed towards Florida as a Category 4 storm, the Sunshine State is in trouble. Holding nothing back, Smith said everyone is dead if they don’t evacuate.

Heeding his advice would lead to less lives being risked, but the way that Shepard Smith said it caused for concern. Last night, the video of his speech went viral. But, this type of reporting has made Fox News a household name, in the first place.

Shepard Smith has been a leading discussion on social media, since his video hit yesterday evening. But, there isn’t much love for the longtime anchor, instead he is getting backlash. Via Twitter, people are dragging the man for his insensitive comments.
