Dave East is currently on top of the world and he is in perfect position to truly emerge as a star. Last year saw him officially accept the Nas partnership and the cycle is complete with Def Jam now joining in on the movement. He still lent a track to DJ Spinking for his new mixtape, with “Breakdown” being the name of the record.
