It’s becoming sad, but true, no one is safe and no place is safe. Typically, one of the safest places to be is at mall and this is a place where many people go to have fun and socialize. Unfortunately, the mall, like other public venues, has become a breeding ground for terrorism.
During the notable terrorist attacks in 2001, there were rumors of the city of Charlotte being a target. Thankfully, nothing ever came of those rumors. Unfortunately, many people within America began shooting local places and terrorizing.
This afternoon, Charlotte did become a target, at the Northlake Mall. A shooting took place there and, fortunately, there were no victims, but the mall was evacuated. Several people have taken to Twitter to recount the scary experience.
