Long before Nicki Minaj was a household name, Safaree was right there by her side. However, she portrayed herself as a single woman for most of her early career. During the beginning of the Young Money days, at the end of the mixtape run, she hinted at being bisexual.
In the end, Nicki Minaj carried on flirtatious relationships with Drake and other males. She even did music videos where she made out with both Lil Wayne and Nas. Once they broke up, Safaree addressed this on a song and later spoke to “The Breakfast Club” about this.
Safaree has since moved on and was rumored to be involved with VH1 star, Miss Nikkii Baby. The new season of “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” will feature Safaree and Nikkii is back, but dating Rosa Acosta. Recently, a fan asked Safaree, via Twitter, if he could ever be friends with Nicki Minaj again and he said yes, if she could put her pride away.
