A year ago, Dame Dash was the center of tons of jokes, following his interview with “The Breakfast Club.” The same can be said for Birdman, this year. What these two share in common is that they are stars of the new BET series, “Music Moguls.”
Give BET credit for bringing the golden era of music back to life, this summer. They first did it with “Inside The Label,” telling the backstories of many historic labels. Now, they have taken the other 90s moguls and put them on this show.
Dame Dash is going through his ups-and-downs, sharing his story with the world. There is a new lady, Raquel, in his life and they are living in North Carolina, as Dame does his business and fights for his kids. BET received much praise on Twitter for another good episode, as did Dame, as he is preparing to move to Los Angeles just to see his kids.
