A few days ago, Jeremiah Dingle became a leading Twitter trending topic when the #RIPDingle hashtag began. Occurring during the same week as Jesse Williams’ moving BET Awards speech, Jeremiah Dingle was among the lost black lives. Yesterday, the young man died.
Entering his sophomore year at VUL, Virginia University of Lynchburg, Jeremiah Dingle was a popular high school football star. Prior to his death, Dingle was on life support. However, yesterday, he succumbed to the injuries surrounding the shooting he sustained.
Unfortunately, Jeremiah Dingle will not have the chance to live up to his limitless potential. There has been an outpour of support in celebration of his life, as he seems to be a well-liked and fun-loving young man. Sadly, at the young age of twenty, the young man is being prepared for his final resting place and his family does need some assistance in this matter.

Our beloved Jeremiah Dingle transition on Saturday , July 2, 2016, due to a senseless act of violence that occurred on June 24, 2016.
He was a rising sophomore attending Virginia University of Lynchburg with a bright future ahead.
