Good things come to those who wait and there has been an extremely long wait for the return of “HHV Mixtape Recap.” Without being too wordy on the matter, “HHV Mixtape Recap” is back. There is a new host, too, in Chox-Mak, but he’s someone HHV audiences know.
An emcee first, Chox-Mak is from Jacksonville, North Carolina and much of his music is available on the site. Aside from this, Chox-Mak has hosted several Hip Hop Vibe interviews. Dizzy Wright and the comedian, Sommore, are among his interviews.
Chox-Mak now returns to Hip Hop Vibe on a weekly basis as the host of the HHV Mixtape Recap. The format has slightly changed since the summer of 2013, to adjust to the changes in music. Episode one centers around Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J’s most-recent mixtape, TGODMAFIA: Rude Awakening.
