Bad news keeps coming, but this one really hurts the real music lovers who know the game. On the mixtape scene, DJ Whiteowl always came with the exclusives. He premiered many songs that went on to become successful and classic records.
DJ Whiteowl always owned with the “DJ Whiteowl Drop That” mixtape series. The past couple of years have seen the game really change with how mixtapes are distributed. Much of this can be attributed to the digital streaming with music.
But, bad news came today, as Hip Hop Vibe is reporting on death for the third straight day. This one is just as heartbreaking as the others and it’s music related. DJ Whiteowl died today and fans have taken to Twitter to leave their condolences.
