When the offseason begins in sports, the players risk a whole lot more than injuries. Young millionaire superstars find it hard to adjust and return to a normal life. Often, this is why such violent mishaps take place.
In the NBA, the Pelicans franchise lost a promising young player over a misunderstanding. Bryce DeJean-Blair went to the wrong apartment, in search of his girlfriend and was fatally shot. Now, NFL Super Bowl champion, Aqib Tali, has been hospitalized.
Before this, Aqib Tali was in Dallas at a local strip club, taking in the night. Suddenly, a fight broke out and then he wound up getting shot, according to TMZ. After being shot, he was sent to the hospital, but he has since been released and is now healing from his injuries.
