The past year, or so, have seen fans not being very kind to Troy Ave, as they have given all kinds of disrespectful nicknames. This comes in spite of Troy Ave’s goals to re-inspire New York City. Or, perhaps, this comes because of this.
Whatever the case, the bulk of Troy Ave’s support comes from people outside of the city. One of the first people to co-sign Troy Ave was T.I., who is all over headlines, at the moment. In fact, T.I. put in a bid to sign him to Grand Hustle.
Obviously, T.I. would have Troy Ave be a part of the show he had planned for Irving Park, last night. But, the show was interrupted and cancelled when a shooting took place that took a life and injured others, including Troy Ave. With Troy Ave getting shot, the people on Twitter have had a lot to say in regards to the matter with some comments being downright sad.
