Every time it appears as if there is peace among Lil Wayne and Birdman, suddenly there isn’t. Until 2014, Lil Wayne and Birdman were father and son, as usual. The two were very close and Cash Money was on top of the game.
Suddenly, towards the end of 2014, Lil Wayne began taking shots at both Birdman and Cash Money Records on social media. Initially, his team said Wayne was hacked. However, they could not continue those denials and it became a new monster.
Recently, Birdman did some media rounds and he said everything with his “son,” Lil Wayne was good. But, Lil Wayne, who joined Jay Z’s Tidal, is back out and saying otherwise. At his recent performance in Denver, Lil Wayne shouted “it’s still fuck Cash Money” at his concert.
