A vocal advocate in anti-bullying and equal rights, Demi Lovato always speaks her mind. Recently, Demi Lovato got into a weird situation with Nicki Minaj, over an Instagram pic. Tonight, Demi Lovato was fighting a different battle, however.
Set to tour the country with Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato cancelled tour dates in North Carolina, following the HB2 law passage. When she performed “Cool For The Summer” at the Billboard Awards, she spoke out in a unique way. Her shirt said it all, aimed at HHV’s home state.
Demi Lovato won for her boldness, as the media loved the message she portrayed about equality. Then, there was another sector of fans who simply loved Demi Lovato for her thickness. They all poured into Twitter to show love to the young, “confident,” star.
