In the words of the immortal Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard), “gametime, bitches.” More often than not, Lucious finds himself facing losing his company, Empire Enterprises. Prior to the Christmas break, Lucious was ousted as CEO by Hakeem (Bryshere “Yazz” Gray).
With Mimi Whiteman and Camilla Marks (Marisa Tomei, Naomi Campbell), Hakeem took Empire from Lucious. Because of this, Lucious made a vow to kill Hakeem, but, instead, made Camilla and Mimi off each other Shakespearean style. Lucious then put pressure on Hakeem.
Tonight, Lucious sabotaged Hakeem’s business moves and got himself reinstated as head of Empire, he revealed Lola to not be a Lyon, and threatened Anika (Grace Gealey) into cooperation. Outside of this, he got Andre (Trai Byers) back in pocket and all is right in his world. Twitter is going crazy, but Lucious may have another problem with Thirsty (Andre Royo).
