This past weekend was a tough one for 2 Chainz and fans of the movement he is associated with, Street Execs. The Atlanta rapper learned of the death of Bankroll Fresh, a fellow ATL rapper. Only two years ago did he join forces with the Street Execs camp.
In 2014, Bankroll Fresh and Travis Porter talked to Hip Hop Vibe about the Street Execs movement and their new music. This meant 2 Chainz also came up in conversation. Despite the love they shared, 2 Chainz was accused of being behind Bankroll Fresh’s murder.
2 Chainz stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” talking to DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. As they talked, 2 Chainz spoke on some of the new work he has coming up. During the interview, 2 Chainz also discussed Bankroll Fresh’s death and the overall movement.
