Two years ago, “Power” debuted on Starz and immediately took over the hip hop world. Starring Omari Hardwick and Naturi Naughton, the show is a popular crime thriller. Initially, 50 Cent called “Empire,” the popular FOX drama starring Terrence Howard, out for biting “Power.”
50 Cent actually watched both shows and decided he would end the beef, as the shows are nothing alike. Moving on, 50 Cent is now focused on season three of his show. This summer, “Power” will return for its third season.
Taking to Instagram, 50 Cent shared a photo and a video. In these posts, he promised season three of “Power” is something like the world has never seen. He even shared a photo with him and Courtney Kemp, the series creator.
