As it has been since 2003, 50 Cent is the most controversial figure in hip hop. However, he exceeded many people’s expectations with his business moves. Few people in the entertainment industry can say they have not had business dealings with him.
In 2013, 50 Cent made his foray into television with “Power,” the popular Starz drama. Starring Omari Hardwick and Naturi Naughton, “Power” was met with rave reviews last season. However, 50 Cent’s character ended up getting killed off.
50 Cent is living on in a new series, one that ironically will air on FOX, the network where “Empire” airs. Very vocal about “Empire,” 50 Cent recently put their beef to rest, when he shared a photo with “Empire” star, Terrence Howard and now he is bringing his show, “My Friend 50,” to FOX.
