Every now and then, 50 Cent will revive his Ja Rule beef, but he has moved on to bigger situations. His mogul status put him in the same category as Jay Z and Diddy, although they are higher on the list. In the past, 50 Cent tried Jay Z, but found a fun rival in Diddy.
Often, 50 Cent disses Diddy on Instagram, mostly over vodka. But, during his “Power” promo, 50 Cent dissed Diddy due to Starz being more popular than Revolt. During his summer 2015 promo run, Diddy began firing shots back at 50 Cent due to being the smaller mogul.
This time, Diddy revisits his line on 50 Cent’s “I Get Money” remix, “I own New York.” Lighting up the Empire State Building is not something the average man can do, fortunately Diddy is not the average man. In response to the 50 Cent disses, Diddy posted his photo on Instagram with the caption #Godsentmeheretoinspireyou.
