Last year, Tinashe made her mainstream breakthrough and now she remains one of pop’s biggest artists. Some have gone as far as comparing her to Janet Jackson. No comment on that, but Tinashe does make good music.
Tinashe is working on her second album, which is likely to drop sometime next year. It doesn’t mean she can’t get her single going this year, though. Like Omarion did, late last year, Tinashe opens her album with a Chris Brown-featured single.
In Tinashe’s case, her song is “Player” and she notoriously called out her fans during the promotion of this single. Earlier this week, she released the music video for the record. Since the song is buzzing and the video is dope, with Tinashe looking sexy as ever, her “Player” video is Video of the Week on Hip Hop Vibe.
