DJ Khaled has only moved 5,800 copies of #IChangedALot so far with 78% of copies reported

DJ Khaled 15Nine years deep, eight albums in, DJ Khaled has nothing to prove after singlehandedly reviving Miami’s hip hop scene. But, this doesn’t stop the people from watching. After all of his accomplishments, there was one thing DJ Khaled had not done.

In 2008, DJ Khaled reached a new peak and performed with Jay Z. The moment became bigger when Jay shouted him out on his comeback single, the following year. Still, DJ Khaled had yet to land Jay Z on one of his albums and he changed that with this album.

DJ Khaled feels like this album is his best work yet, hence the album title, I Changed A Lot, and how he phrases it. But, the one year wait alienated a lot of fans from the album, possibly impacting sales and streams. Thus far, the album has only moved 5,800 copies so far with 78% of reports in, but there are two more days before the official report.
