It’s no secret that Drake felt deeply for Nicki Minaj, even going as far as saying he wanted to marry her. As flattering as it was, Nicki Minaj did not have feelings for Drake in that way. There are rumors of them actually having sexual contact, however.
Ultimately, Nicki Minaj ended up dating Meek Mill and most assumed it was due to his thug persona. While Drake and Meek Mill were friends, him being with Nicki had to be awkward. Thankfully, Meek Mill ended up dissing Drake and allowing him to say how he really feels.
Drake is now on top of the world with “Hotline Bling” being the hottest song out and on the verge of topping Billboard. Yesterday, the music video for the song came out, as planned and Drake is all over social media. One of the girls in the video did lead to pause, as some accused him of hiring a Nicki Minaj lookalike for the video.
