Some say this summer was bad for Meek Mill, in spite of him having a hit single, “All Eyes on You,” with Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown. On top of that, he had a chart-topping album, complete with a Drake feature, which his last album had. This is why him dissing Drake was shocking.
Meek Mill took Drake on and some said they felt Jay Z might have put him up to it to play up the TIDAL/Apple Music wars. In the midst of their beef, Drake teamed up with Future for a joint mixtape. Like his other mixtape, Drake topped Billboard.
The name of the project is What A Time To Be Alive and the cover consists of diamonds. This evening, Meek Mill took to his Instagram and he shared a pic of his diamond rings with the caption “what a time.” Now, the question is whether Meek Mill is taking more shots, or if he is trying to shout Drake and Future out.
