A few years ago, Game tackled the topic of fast women in the industry with his single, “Wouldn’t Get Far,” featuring Kanye West. On this song, he mentioned Superhead, real name Karrine Steffans. This shed light on her relationships with the likes of Jay Z, Ja Rule, and many others.
Later years would see Superhead also get into relationships with the likes of Soulja Boy and Lil Wayne. Her relationship with the latter got her a shout out on Future’s “Love Me.” Outside of that, Superhead has remained rather silent.
This afternoon, a clip from Lil Wayne’s upcoming sextape leaked. This caused a major response from Superhead, who should know Lil Wayne in that area. Taking to her Twitter, Superhead showed no mercy to Lil Wayne, clowning his skills in a rant.
