In 2010, Drake featured Nicki Minaj on his debut album and the two shared a track called “Up All Night.” On this record, Nicki Minaj boastfully asked who else besides her made a million dollars off a mixtape. As of 2015, this is something Drake can boast of… twice.

Following days of rumors, Drake and Future confirmed having a new project in the works. Last night, What A Time To Be Alive premiered to major fanfare. Despite being another mixtape, the project is in good position.

With music now being counted on Fridays, the new album is already in its first week. This means even more good news for Drake and Future, both of whom have had very phenomenal years. Their mixtape is set to have the highest first week sales in over a year at 500,000 copies.
