Just the premise of 50 Cent is controversial, seeing how he came into the game. Conflict seems to be the common denominator of 50 Cent, as he is always at odds with someone. He entered the game trading barbs with Ja Rule, but upgraded by going after TV shows in 2015.
Heavily involved in Starz’ drama, “Power,” 50 Cent began pitting the show against FOX’s “Empire.” Often, 50 Cent is dissing Terrence Howard and bigging up Omari Hardwick as the better actor. Towards the end of season two, 50 Cent’s character brutally murdered his son.
50 Cent is having trouble with his own son, Marquise, and has for the past three years. Those who watch “Power” joked that 50 Cent was doing to his onscreen son, Shawn (Sinqua Walls), what he imagined doing to Marquise. This is something 50, himself, alluded to on Instagram when commenting on his son’s post, which Baller Alert was all over.
